Background

Julia didn’t come up through culinary school. She built her expertise the hard way: as a catering sales manager at the Westin, as a broker liaison creating events for KB Homes, and by opening five restaurants in Colorado Springs. That mix of hospitality, sales, and restaurant operations gave her a rare, ground-level understanding of what makes an event actually work, from the client relationship, to the kitchen, to the room itself.

Under Julia’s leadership, Silver Spoons was named Best Catering Company in both Colorado Biz’s Best of Colorado 2026 and Best of Mile High 2026.
