Start my orderHow Much Turkey Per Person?
The question that decides whether you spend December eating leftovers. This is the working guidance we use when we size a Thanksgiving order.
- 1-1.5 lb per person
Whole Turkey
That sounds like a lot because it includes the bone. A pound a head covers the meal; a pound and a half gives you sandwiches on Friday, which for most families is the actual point.
- ½ lb per person
Boneless Turkey Breast
No bone, so the number halves. Plan the higher end if the breast is the only protein.
- 4-6 oz per person, per side
Sides
With four or five sides on the table, nobody takes a full portion of each. This is where over-ordering happens.
- 5-6 oz per person
Stuffing & Potatoes
These two are the exception. People do take full portions, and they are the first things to run out.
- 1.5 slices per person
Dessert
Two pies for twelve guests, in two different flavors. One pie is never enough and three is a January problem.
Our sizing does this math for you. Small serves 8 to 10 and large serves 15 to 20, so a table of twelve is one large of each item you want, and a table of twenty-five is a large plus a small.

Pickup, Delivery, or We Set It Up
Thanksgiving is a pickup and delivery holiday more than a staffed one, and the menu is built that way. Three options:
Pickup
Collect from our kitchen at 1170 South Kalamath Street. Pickup windows are confirmed when you order. Cold items are ready to serve, the turkey is oven-ready, and reheating instructions come with the order.
Delivery
We bring it to your door across the Denver metro. Delivery may be billed separately depending on distance.
Delivery and Setup
We arrange the table and leave. Worth it if you are hosting twenty people and would rather greet them than plate potatoes.
If you want staff on site through the meal, that is a full-service event and we quote it per person. Call us, because Thanksgiving staffing books out first.

Thanksgiving for the Office, and for Friendsgiving
Two versions of this that are not a family dinner, and both work off the same menu.
The Office Thanksgiving Lunch
Usually the week before, usually at midday, usually bigger than the planner expects. Sliced turkey breast travels and serves better than a whole bird in an office, and the sides hold on a buffet line. Book it alongside your December party and the kitchen can plan both at once.
For the rest of the year there is corporate catering, and for December, holiday party catering in Denver.
Friendsgiving
Earlier in November, younger crowd, more grazing than seating. The Artisan Cheese Board plus sliced turkey breast, two or three sides and a pie covers it, and nobody has to own a roasting pan.
How to Order Thanksgiving Catering
Order by Friday, November 20
The kitchen closes the Thanksgiving list earlier than people expect, because every order cooks in the same two days. Late November is not the time to find out we are full.
Count Your Guests Honestly, Then Round Up One Size
Thanksgiving is the one meal where leftovers are part of the plan. If you are between the small and the large, take the large.
Decide Pickup or Delivery When You Order
Thanksgiving delivery windows are limited and they fill in order of booking.
Tell Us About Dietary Needs Now, Not Later
The Twice Baked Vegan Sweet Potatoes and the Flourless Chocolate Cake cover vegan and gluten-free guests, and we can adjust other items with notice. On the week itself, we cannot.
Thanksgiving Catering FAQ

Yes. Our 2026 Thanksgiving menu covers whole roasted turkey, sliced turkey breast, hickory smoked ham, stuffed pork tenderloin, a vegan main, twelve sides and six desserts, available for pickup or delivery across the Denver metro. Every item comes in two sizes: small serves 8 to 10 guests, large serves 15 to 20.
Friday, November 20. The kitchen closes the Thanksgiving list well before the holiday because every order cooks in the same two days. Call (303) 356-9009 as soon as you have a guest count.
Yes. Order by November 1 and you take home a free pie with your Thanksgiving order, enough for 8 to 10 slices. Orders after November 1 are welcome right up to the November 20 deadline; they just do not come with the pie.
Plan 1 to 1.5 pounds of whole turkey per person, which includes the bone, or about half a pound per person of boneless turkey breast. Go to the higher end if you want leftovers, which most families do. For sides, plan 4 to 6 ounces per person per side, and 5 to 6 ounces for stuffing and mashed potatoes, which people take full portions of.
Our Herb Roasted Whole Turkey arrives oven-ready, rubbed with herb butter and aromatics, so it finishes in your oven and your house smells like Thanksgiving. Sliced roasted turkey breast is ready to serve. Reheating instructions come with every order.
Yes. Everything on the menu is ordered individually. Plenty of our Thanksgiving orders are two or three items alongside a bird someone is cooking at home, most often the stuffing, the mashed potatoes and a pie.
Yes. The Twice Baked Vegan Sweet Potatoes are a vegan main course, stuffed with caramelized onions, brown rice, cranberry, pecans and bell peppers with a balsamic maple glaze, and the Flourless Chocolate Cake is naturally gluten-free. Tell us about dietary needs when you order and we will work them into the menu. See more on our vegan and vegetarian menu.
Both. Pickup is from our kitchen at 1170 South Kalamath Street, and we deliver across the Denver metro. Delivery windows on Thanksgiving week are limited and fill in order of booking, so decide when you order.
Small serves 8 to 10 guests and large serves 15 to 20, on every item except desserts, where serving sizes vary. A table of twelve is one large of each item you want. A table of twenty-five is a large plus a small.
Yes, and they are usually the week before the holiday. Sliced turkey breast serves better than a whole bird in an office and the sides hold well on a buffet line. If you are also booking a December party, book both together and the kitchen can plan around the two dates.
